We had an old, frustrating, unattractive, time consuming website that wasn't working well for our business needs. It was limiting and didn't reflect our fun loving company very well.

We had met with several other web designers that were mainly interested in telling us what their service would cost. From the very first enquiry SmartRange felt different, it was all about "how can we help you, how can we make your website more functional".

Serge from SmartRange was so thorough in finding out exactly what we do and how we function and also what we needed from a website that we didn't currently have & what wasn't working. Serge was very determined to get it right first time so went to great lengths to check our processes with us first before starting with the build. He was so practical and systematic in his thought and approach and thankfully explained everything in layman's terms (we're dancers!). The after care has been amazing, SmartRange are so helpful and quick to respond, it seems there is nothing they can't do or fix and I feel they have gone well above and beyond our initial expectations.
