This is just a quick note to advise that I've tried your services for a couple of days and I am extremely happy. I cannot believe I have found a website hosting company that is not only local but everything is so hassle free!
I can upgrade/downgrade my account, everything is at my fingertips in the Client Area and everything is done the minute I click the button. Invoices are produced immediately, I can make payment straight away and my account is upgraded/downgraded with such ease. Important emails are stored in the Client Area in case I lose them and instant information is available so I can check myself that I am on the correct hosting account through the compare plans page on your website. The CPanel for taking care of my website is easy to navigate and I can choose the plan I want to be on be billed monthly or yearly.
