SmartRange Ltd is a Tauranga based web design and multimedia company, established in 2005 and is owned and operated by Serge Balmer.
"I have been starting to make websites in 1996 and I have a passion for web design, multimedia and computers in general. I have been working in this industry for nearly 15 years."
In the spare time, I enjoy kitesurfing, surfing, panoramic photography, music and socialising with friends. Having spent 10 years living in Zurich, Switzerland before moving to New Zealand in 2005, I enjoy the new lifestyle so close to the beach.
